Redecorate Kitchen and Living Room

I am going to re decorate my kitchen, i was hoping for a new house this year, but unfortunately another things cames up according to my business development so we must wait until a perfect times to get new house. So to cure my heart from this delay of a new house. I am wondering to change and redecorate my house, especially the kitchen and living room.
I would like to have new countertops, and want to change the color of my kitchen to navy blue, and i think formica countertops will fit with blue stone.
I am still recalculate the budget, I dont want to spend too much, but I need a high quality with friendly price, any suggestion?
Aside of it I also want to change decoration of my living room, into more cheerfull color, candy color is okay for me,and mixing color also accepted, I even want to have my chair to be green and soft pink, with a little bit orange color. I know it sounds too bright colors, but I think it will cheer up my world, and will bring better mood and energetic feelings. And for the curtains, I will choose orange color with splash of green, I already contacted the curtains maker and will soon get the things that I want this week. So can’t hardly wait.
