LG Boyong 500 Unit 3D LED TV to Indonesia

Jakarta – LG bringing high definition television that combines LED-backlight LCD screen technology with three-dimensional (3D) in Indonesia. LX9500 Series comes in two models, ie, 47-inch and 55 inch, which cost Rp 38 million and Rp 58 million.
Since the products 3D Full LED TV launched by Korean manufacturers is still very new and relatively expensive, LG Electronics Indonesia (LGEIN) were only willing to supply 500 units for the Indonesian market in the early stages.
“We want to educate the market first because this product is still very new. So we only dared to target TV has sold 50 units per month,” said Budi Setiawan, Director of Sales LGEIN, on the sidelines of the launch of Full LED LG LX9500 3D TV at Senayan City, Jakarta , Wednesday (12/05/2010).
Full 3D LED LG released a new TV first in the world, using the backlight structure 1200 with LED light source lamp CCFL (cold cathode fluorescent lamps) which could serve the visualization in 3D.
Besides being equipped with TruMotion 400 Hz, LX9500 10.000.000:1 also supported by dynamic contrast ratio for image quality and colors more details.
To watch it, users need to wear 3D glasses shutter glass which works by blocking and then left and right lens that causes a pause when the image was captured by the eye to achieve more vivid 3D images.
“LX9500 is equipped with dual IR emitter, which can send signals to a TV lens syncing. With dual emitters, consumers can view 3D content with a broader perspective from a longer distance,” said Eko Adhi Suyitno, Product Marketing LGEIN Flat Panel Display .
Pengggunaan side, LX9500 has three energy saving mode which is claimed to save electricity up to 80% compared with technology-based LCD backlight CCFL (cold cathode fluorescent lamps).
These three modes include LG Intelligent Sensor that can automatically adjust the contrast of light and LED lights to light the room.
For connectivity, the LX9500 can connect to your home audio video devices with AV wireless link, which allows playback of media via the media box or DVD / Bluray player to your TV wirelessly.
In addition, LG also pin port USB2.0 connectivity to provide more choices of digital media, including JPEG, MP3, MPEG4, and DivX from an external hard drive, memory cards and USB drives.
While NetCast function will provide instant streaming service via a broadband connection or Wi-fi, in which the owner of a TV can stream a variety of content from the Internet, including video on YouTube, AccuWeather, and photos in Picassa.
HDTV which has a thickness of only 2.2 cm by 1.6 cm and width bezzel equipped with invisible speakers, for while only distributed to major cities, like Jakarta, Surabaya, and Medan.
