Sharp AC Not Cold

Jakarta – Again, a user convenience Sharp product line. Beginning with the purchase of AC on February 27, 2010 with the brand name Sharp AH-type PK in AP5SLY 0.5 Abadi Jaya Toko Electronic Senen. First the salesman “Robin Koh” recommend that AC is a good choice because it “quick cool”.
However, after installation is complete and we use it a sense of “cool” does not exist. We think maybe the new stuff that it took a long time to equalize the temperature of the room. Five hours have passed but we felt like wearing fan. So the temperature of 16 degrees feel like 28 degrees. How come?
Then we went to complain to the store on February 28, 2010. Then sending the results technicians who reported that there were no installation errors, the room, and the disturbance in the unit. Technicians who named Mr Taufik was just checking and not doing any action. As a result there is no change in anything. And he ‘only’ advised to contact the Call Center Sharp. Is this what is called customer service. If the store can not necessarily hands-off.
Sharp products continued to complain that we send to Sharp who then responded by sending a technician named Mr Syahroni on March 1 2010. Results of checks and found no shortage of content ricek freon leak in the hose input and output. Again this is just the technicians. AC should have the job can work well. But, apparently to no avail. AC temperature of 16 equal to 28 degrees plus the technician statement stating that this type of air conditioning is cold this hour.
We continue to follow up with Sharp Customer Service, Mr Andi Mulyadi. However, until this letter we write, there is no better solution than him and who claims his supervisor, Mr Suwandi about our complaints.
Please follow up and management of Sharp can resolve our complaint as soon as possible. If indeed there is no solution to my complaint with a heavy heart I will sell and replace with another brand of the course “more cool” and “better understand the customer”. In other words we have crossed out the name of Sharp to the needs of our electronics, family, and friends forever. Thank you.
